Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to browse and shop at Buchanan Albert with ease, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice, that means we work towards:

• Text that reads clearly, with strong contrast against its background.
• Buttons and links large enough to tap comfortably on a phone.
• Pages you can move through with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Descriptive text for meaningful images, so screen readers can describe them.
• Forms with clear labels, and text fields that do not zoom unexpectedly on phones.
• Layouts that adapt to any screen size and to your browser's zoom setting.

Where we are still improving

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some parts of our site come from third parties, such as payment and checkout services, and may not yet fully meet these standards. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
