Tracked US delivery is a flat $7.95, and it is complimentary on all orders over $100.
Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days, with orders placed before 1:00 PM EST typically dispatched the same day. Delivery then takes 4 to 8 business days, fully tracked.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also follow it any time on our Track My Order page.
You have a full 50 days from delivery to return any piece in unworn condition for a refund. There is no restocking fee. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your return passing inspection, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few further days to post it.
Send us a photo within 50 days of delivery and we will put it right with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send the item back.
Every product page has a size guide with crown measurements in centimetres and inches. If you sit between sizes, we recommend taking the larger of the two, and you are welcome to email us for a hand.
