Shipping policy
This policy covers where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs. It applies to all orders on buchanan-albert.com. We ship within the United States only.
The essentials
- Shipping: flat $7.95, or free on orders of $100 or more
- Order before 1:00 PM EST (Mon to Fri) and your order is processed the same day
- Delivery: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch (4 to 9 business days in total)
- US only, and every order ships with tracking
Where We Ship
- All fifty US states
- We do not ship internationally, to US territories, or to APO and FPO military addresses
Order Processing and Cut-Off
- We process and dispatch Monday to Friday (not weekends or US public holidays)
- Processing time: 0 to 1 business days
- Order placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day: processed the same day
- Order placed after 1:00 PM EST, on a weekend, or on a US public holiday: processed the next business day
Delivery Times
- Processing: 0 to 1 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 4 to 8 business days
- Total, from order to doorstep: 4 to 9 business days
Shipping Fees
- Orders under $100: flat $7.95 USD
- Orders of $100 or more: free shipping, applied automatically at checkout
Tracking Your Order
- You get a tracking number and link by email the moment your order ships
- It lets you follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery
Delivery Partners
- We use established US carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx
- The carrier is chosen by your delivery address and the service available in your area
Delays
Most orders arrive within the windows above. Occasionally, delays happen due to:
- Carrier network disruption
- Weather affecting transit routes
- High parcel volumes during peak periods
- Other events outside our reasonable control
If a meaningful delay affects your order, we will email you an update as soon as we can.
Address Errors and Failed Deliveries
- Please double-check your address at checkout, as we ship to the details you enter
- If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable (wrong or incomplete address), we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch
- A further shipping fee may apply, since resending is not covered by your original payment
Missing or Misdelivered Parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please try these first:
1) Check with anyone else in your household who may have brought it in
2) Ask neighbours, building staff or your property manager
3) Contact the carrier using the details on their tracking page
