The softest cap of the set. The same traditional flat cap shape, the low profile, curved crown and short, stitched-down peak, cut this time in cotton corduroy. The fine ribbed wale gives it a warm, tactile surface and a relaxed, autumnal feel that the wool and waxed caps do not have.

This is the easy, everyday one. Less formal than the herringbone, it leans casual: wear it with denim and a chore jacket, a roll-neck, or a heavy knit on a cold afternoon. Corduroy has a quiet, lived-in character that only feels more like yours the more you wear it.

Made to be worn often and kept for years, in the spirit of buying fewer, better things. A soft, dependable cap for the everyday.

Cloth & make

Judged in the hand, not on a screen.

Every piece in the range is chosen the old-fashioned way: by handle, weight and finish. Honest wools and tweeds with proper depth of colour, herringbones that catch the light, linings that sit flat and stitching that holds its line.

It is a slower way to build a range, and a smaller one. We think that is rather the point. Cloth like this softens and settles with wear, which is exactly what something worth keeping should do.
